Interesting game. It wasn’t 100% successful with everything it tried to do narratively for me, and the worst part was the very poor voice acting. But it used low-fi models and textures to create something visually striking in its own way, which is something I always appreciate. If nothing else, it was a highly unique and idiosyncratic experience.

Completed 1000xResist. That was my third biggest disappointment this year after Blue Prince and the demo of Forgotlings.

The game starts strong but got on my nerves at around the half way mark. A lot of running around for nothing (the sequence in the train is the worst). The story is not that deep and has not that many characters but is told and presented in a very confusing way. I understand why the characters are unlikable but it leads to an unpleasant experience. So at the end I just didnt really care for them. On top of that the framerate and coloring is very questionable - its often choppy, too dark or too bright. A bit of a shame because the art is good and pretty unique.

Another Lego game completed! Finally making some progress again on the Lego backlog. After this, I only have Star Wars Complete Saga, Star Wars Skywalker Saga, and City Undercover. It would be cool to get all those done before Legacy of the Dark Knight comes out next year.

I just marathon’ed the Super Stories for all three of the prequel films in Lego Star Wars Complete Saga. Now the OT Super Stories are all I have left for the 100%. :sweat_smile:

Nope. I think there was some discussion about changing things with regards to the new tiers of GP etc. but nothing was ever decided.
