Sadly, Remedy isn’t for me. Since the original Max Payne, the only Remedy game that I ever completed was Quantum Break (8.0/10 for me) but dropped Alan Wake halfway through as it was one of the most boring games that I ever played. Alan Wake 2 surpassed it in terms of how bored I was. Played about halfway through Control if I remember correctly (may have been less) and while I enjoyed the combat and destruction, I wasn’t into the game otherwise. Oh well. Hopefully, the Max Payne 1 and 2 remakes changes this for me.
