No word on adding the balanced/40fps mode on base consoles huh? Control UE was great at 40fps and as far as I can understand there isn’t a technical reason that prevents SX from having a similar mode as well. Remedy clearly prioritized the PS5 Pro version in terms of console versions at launch so let’s hope they’ll add a 40fps mode down the line.

Exploration, traversal, it’s really good, but I say it again: I cannot find the settings that are right for combat. I tested everything, but it’s either too damn easy or too hard. I think even the devs can’t make this work so they put the options in there so people can choose what they like, but it’s still impossible to balance.
If they can add a way to make the camera closer in the outside world, it would be perfect. Environments are stunning, the art direction is incredible, although I think I prefer the claustrophobic nature of the first Control overall.

Every time I think to myself, "I really wish my character could do this for this situation " I find myself acquiring that EXACT ability 
No, I enjoyed the 1st game, but in every area the sequel is a disappointment & a step backwards, especially in the graphics & character modelling dept.
I’m playing it on the Series X, maybe it’s much better on the PC or PS 5 Pro
Reviews mean nothing these days. So many XBOX games have had bad reviews not because of the game, but to please an audience

I think I’m close to the end, but I’ve been sidetracked by other things…
My mind made a 180 on the game once it clicked. The start of the game is surprisingly weak and doesn’t prepare you for what’s to come.
I’m very impressed by the later levels, as it gets more and more crazy, the kind of craziness that Remedy is known for. You WILL get lost quite a few times, but there’s always a way out.
You should not watch playthroughs though, it will spoil most of the surprises.
Already avoiding playthroughs, I watched one episode of one because I knew it hadn’t surpassed the point I’m currently at. But still excellent advice people should heed
