The destruction in the BF6 reveal is the kind of destruction Iâve always wanted and never got.
So the obvious is of course obvious but here we have NatetheHate confirming it. https://www.reddit.com/r/GamingLeaksAndRumours/comments/1medfre/natethehate_says_more_sony_games_will_come_to_xbox/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=mweb3x&utm_name=mweb3xcss&utm_term=1&utm_content=share_button
Heâs about to be hated as his name applied.

The meltdowns will be glorious so get your pop-corn ready guys!

Going Live
Said this before, will say it again; It makes business sense for Sony to port nearly all their ongoing projects over to every platform, so their IP can grow bigger.
- All GaaS
- All licensed titles
- All titles with transmedia efforts (tv shows and movies)
Iâm not sure what projects they have that are not covered by those categories.
I got to admit, the moment they bring GoW or TLOU, I think I am done getting PS console, unless the platform is very attractive.
Not to rain on anyoneâs parade, but he did say this a few days back. Heâs just guessing of course. I definitely hope itâs way more than just GaaS.
Sony doesnât really have live titles, so I see no point hiring for that. They will be bringing their SP games to Xbox. At this point what is the difference between Steam and Xbox to them. Also, this makes more sense for them than Xbox as their SP games once released on their platform gets no second wind until a DLC or sequel which could range from 5 plus year or more. Chances are at this Gamescom the Xbox Ally X will make a big splash and every store on one box would ignite again. The idea of PlayStation games staying exclusive will take a huge hit later this year. I would expect something like Returnal and Ratchet first considering they would like to make Ratchet bigger and Returnal did not even reach a million sales.
Does Sony have gaas left thats not on xbox? GT7 maybe?
Thank you, I feel like this is just the latest goalpost shift. Mark my words, console exclusivity from Sony isnât long for this world either and Iâve been consistently saying for years that Sony always follows Xboxâs lead 5-7 years later⌠and look where we are. The âonly GaaSâ crowd are huffing on the latest strain of hopium.
Iâm not sure youâve realized this yet, so Iâll call it out explicitly.
In the US benefits are very expensive. This Management position was top salary around $370K Salary. That is without the cost of benefits that Sony would also cover. They had 2 direct reports which were also management which are possibly $250K and $125K respectively going by the relative positions. A company does not staff up at least 3 job positions that is around $1 Million US Dollars in Salary and Benefits if youâre only going to be doing GaaS titles. On top of that, there will be additional positions supporting those 3.
Games which fall into the 3 categories I listed before make business sense to be everywhere. That is why Sony is staffing up and putting at least a million into this yearly.
Those PlayStation fans are in the denial or bargaining phase, much like Xbox fans were in with the âonly 4 gamesâ phase.
Just wanted to say -
PLAYSTATION IS DEAD. ![]()
Those PS fans in denial might also remember the multiple store fronts likely on the new Xbox - so PC versions of PlayStation titles will likely be playable anyway.
Sony has probably figured out they can earn more by porting games natively to Xbox than them being picked up only by gamers savvy enough to use Steam next gen (and appear more in control of the process) - it also allows Sony to make money from the Series console users too
Exactly, single player games are definitely coming at this point. PS3/PS4 titles (and who knows maybe more niche/core oriented PS5 titles like Returnal) that will gain new life from the multiplatform approach will sell millions with minimal costs and effort from Sony (like ports to Xbox and Switch 2).
At this point why for example release a Bloodborne remaster or a Greek Era God of War collection only on PS5? to sell 2-3 million copies lifetime (at most)? a full multiplatform release will sell double the amount of copies easily at this point so why leave all this easy money on the table? BB, Spider-Man 1 or God of War 2018 wonât sell new consoles and the Xbox/Switch ports sure wonât prevent anyone from buying a PS5 so itâs a win-win situation for Sony. ![]()
I am done with Playstation as a platform but I wonât say no having access to some of their titles (though they are admittedly not many) on my Xbox, I played to death and loved games like Gravity Rush 2 and BB last gen when I had a PS4 but as someone who likes to replay games I wouldnât say no to having those 2 games for example available on my SX. ![]()

I believe itâs due to fact Japanese gamers are more into PC and handheld, which Xbox will soon technically enter in the coming months.
Ninja gaiden ragebound looks cool. I think Iâm going to buy but wish it was play anywhere
You should play the Shinobi demo.
