If you have purchased a DayOne membership at any tier, please read this message!
Thanks to folks joining early to help us bug hunt, we’ve discovered a significant issue that I’m pleased to say is now resolved.
Users that joined were being added to the existing Patreon-focused Forum Groups for their membership, which we had renamed.
What we didn’t account for was the Forum Patreon plugin, which was auto-syncing users every 4 hours.
As the users with a membership didn’t have an active Patreon sub, they were then being removed from the group, which then disabled their Forum perks. Whoops!
This has now been resolved. If you are lacking forum membership account privileges supplied by being a DayOne member in any paid tier, please DM me and I will manually fix it for you, which should actually stick and be permanent this time!
