I think that is only if it raises concerns if I am reading it right. The EU is done with the process and given their approval.

Yeah it seems like if it was 6 (1) C then it will go into Phase 2, but we don’t fully know yet.
Looking at the GitHub/MS EU case it should be done.

The case page states it is Art. 6(1)(b) so it is approved judging by your own post lol. Plus the other Microsoft purchases fell under this article as well and nothing else was added bar press releases.

Yeah, just being a bit cautious that’s all would hate to get everyones hopes up but it looks like the deed is done
