Server issues were a part of MCC brokenness, not all, I know. If a game basically can’t function for a large amount of players for days, whether server issues or inherently broken, the more it goes on, the worse it is as a situation, in our reception it’s both a problem of game not functioning properly or at all, whatever the cause. I just don’t know how/why they couldn’t do a more controlled launch of this, frickin early-access would’ve helped here, no? Public stress test, whatever, something, even just the normal online games need that, for a cloud-streaming dependant game on top, something that’s new-ish, more tests and assurances ought to have been taken.
MCC’s issues were a broken UI and server system. The Flight Sim one works it’s just overloaded. They’re not comparable.
still have some lod issues with trees and mountains but at least i can fly.
goty
Been quietly playing since a lot of people were having issues and I didn’t want to be the “I’m not having issues guys” guy, I guess being off peak to the US allowed me to play with out too many issues? (streaming in data seemed slow)
The career mode is fun, but hovering around a C level reputation is about as humbling as my .5 KD ratio in COD.
Im hoping ground textures improve over time. On the series x the graphics look great except for n64 ground textures
My flight stick is still a bit rough but the Turtle Beach Universal Control System is working well after a firmware update
When do you think you and/or @Sikamikanico will be ready for a flight stream?
I did one launch day, I’m sure I’ll try some more over time as things start working better.
