they dabble in competition law. I’d doubt it’s for just a section also it says they hear appeals of certain tribunals and CAT is a tribunal. The only thing I see withgoing the appeals route will take time which would go past June. Also, I know Hoeg is not a UK lawyer, but he specifically said that you can go beyond CAT if you have the time and resources and he was well aware of the UK process.
