I would guess no, the whole point of having a mile of restrictions on how Activision and Microsoft act in these circumstances is to stop either company being worse off as a result of the deal falling through. It’s gotta be business as usual till the deal is done and closed, it avoids any legal mess afterwards - typically I woulda said it’s to avoids lawsuits between the two parties involved - but equally Activision wouldn’t be able to claim damages from Sony should the deal fail, as if they’ve continued to follow regulations there should be no damage.
