Stellar Blade? This has me now hoping it gets announced for Xbox now too.

Waiting for official to update.

Really hope so. Especially because of what the studio said about wanting to reach more players. Of course he could have meant just Switch 2, and that could possibly go for the sequel too, hope not. But let’s wait and see, yeah.

Oh thanks, Nintendo. Just what we need. More titles for September. What a game to fill in an empty month. Yeah.

I will never understand why Nintendo release a literal limited time game.

Thank goodness Nate missed that one.

Serious question, is Wii Sports still popular or do they think is due to Wii?

DQ Monsters sure has real you know what to release few weeks after GTAVI.

Yeah, The Duskbloods is not releasing this year.

Nate is wrong for Duskbloods and Zelda to have the longer showcase yet it ended up being Wii Sports (yeah…) and Fire Emblem.

Nintendo really just isn’t for me anymore, not for a long time now.

I just don’t need a Switch 2 at all. I’m sure OOT remake will be great, it’s not enough. So they are keeping Mario for a 2027 reveal?

Meh.

I’m surprised at the lack of gameplay for Duskbloods and Zelda despite releasing this year. At least at this time.

Lots of stuff in this Direct that I’m actually interested in! Final Fantasy Resonance I will definitely buy. The new Atelier game, looks like it was only announced for Switch but I’m assuming/hoping that will be on Xbox as well?

ETA: Yep, just checked and it’s already on the Xbox store!

Pretty awesome that Atelier is continuing to support Xbox

The funny part about Atelier is the game is brand new like never before announced until today. It resorted to a montage. In Japan, it actually showcase it. What took over? Wii Sports. Guess they really saw USA as Wii Sports biggest fans.

Okay looked up a list online. Some heavy hitters from Japan. Dragons Dogma 2 DLC (glad I haven’t bought it yet), dragon quest monsters looks like it’s taking on Pokémon and I love that, FF Resonance does look like a lot of fun, and JRPG fans have got to be in the hospital having just gotten a teaser for Persona 6 AND Kingdom Hearts IV.

Just watched most of the show. Nothing for me outside of Star Fox. Would be interested in Splatoon Raiders but I can’t see myself actually completing the game. lol

Xenoblade Genesis looks good but im hoping the combat system isn’t the same. Never liked the automatic combat of Chronicles which is why after playing the first game for a few hours on Wii, I never played them again.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time is supposed to launch later this year but yet, they can’t show any actual gameplay? Come on Nintendo.

And I love how there’s pretty big and good sales on Xbox and PlayStation but God forbid Nintendo ever put their games on sale digitally.

That is Nintendo’s MO with directs. Announce something, then do a different direct later that actually shows something. Sometimes at another direct like this, or sometimes one dedicated to a game, like the one Starfox had.
