They showed the game at both PS5 events. They had marketing for RE 7, REmake2 and Remake3. Maybe im wrong or maybe it goes by region? I don’t know 100% either way but nevertheless, it’s still weird to see RE 8 trailer from the PS5 showcase to be shown at the Xbox Tokyo showcase. They also showed Pragmata as well. Just weird to me.

I would assume it’s a region thing. I feel like we’ve seen that kinda thing before, although a specific example isn’t coming to me.

I see Koei Tecmo is still supporting Xbox again. Samurai Warriors when??? I mean the characters are in Warriors Orochi so why do we miss out on Samurai Warriors/ SW Empires + spin offs???

Bro if Dynasty Warriors 10 is still ps2 level graphics I’ll be a sad sad boi.

Nier Gestalt is one of the most underrated game I’ve ever played. I wonder if they will release a DLC where you can play the whole Story of Replicant with Dad Nier.

Fun fact: Both Replicant (Brother Nier) and Gestalt (Dad Nier) are canon for the story of Drakengard/Nier.

Capcom should be making the game cross-gen for one simple reason - there’s over 160m+ PS4 and Xbox One owners. Not releasing the game for PS4 and Xbox One would be a horrible business decision. Would not be surprised to see the game get pushed into 2022 though.

Agreed, you mostly can’t ignore that many existing possible customers in that large of numbers to target a few million who were able to pick up the new hotness for at least a few years. All about numbers… Once you hit a point where it costs too much more for previous gen /makes it too hard to adapt your designs compared to amount of sales it makes possible, then you move on.

The gameplay looks nice. But first I shall start with Automata. The first and only time I played it I died at the first boss fight and then had to do it all over again, also no skipping of cutscenes was quite annoying. I don’t get this decision by the dev at all.

But I should try again, I hear so much good things about it.
