Danny saying that about Starfield is a tweet from September last year. Also Andrea Rene tweeted she doesn’t get why people root for exclusivity and that there’s no news.

I wonder if EU approved already. They can sometimes be a few days late posting.
I have a really bad tendency of jumping from game to game even when I’m really into them (my wife hates when she gets involved in one that I am just for my brain to magically forget about it). Anyway, I started playing Wasteland 3 again after being away since November and it’s a classic “why did I stop playing this?” example. The writing is so damn great, like most InXile games, and it’s such a gem. I just got to a point in the game where you hunt down some movie reels from before the nukes dropped for an adult theater and the quest culminates with you making a movie via three trees of dialog. The subjects cover Back to the Future, Indy, Romancing the Stone, and tons of other great movies from pre-00s; I ended up with an Indiana Jones inspired movie called “Romancing the Bone”. Spectacular game.
Of course, I am a bit biased being from C Springs, but it’s so nice to have XGS represent the better parts of CO

Yeah bloody fantastic game. I’ve often thought about doing another playthrough but I also have a habit of forgetting about games. Too many games to play right now.

Wasteland 3 was super fun when I started playing it but those loading times on One X made me stop lol.
Andrea and Danny made a bet in that podcast. Danny says Starfield is exclusive, Andrea says it isn’t.
That may have been the impetus for me doing so as well, but with the Series’ decompression blocks the load times are immensely improved.

Ah, ok then. Yeah, saw that Parris tweet. Hard to believe it’s been almost half a year now, but it seems (knock on wood) we’re in the home stretch.
Now I’m afraid 
She said “What OK. PS Exclusive. Welcome Back. Welcome Back” for FFVXI. By the same logic, Elder Scrolls is home since it hit Xbox first (and even then ES started on PC, Final Fantasy on Nintendo).

I mean outside of “I’m in space” (Portal 2 reference) and that it will be a RPG we know nothing. Really exciting

It’s been a long wait. I really hope it’s good. Loved Fallout 4, but did wish it went a bit deeper on the RPG elements, and early shots for Starfield seem to show deeper immersive sim elements which is great.
I love sci-fi weapons I wonder how Bethesda will differentiate them from the fallout weapons.
Want some crazy stuff… Maybe vibro blades??

This is what I suspect of Starfield:

Open Worlds, not Open World. Think Outer Worlds but where that game had open areas lacking connection, this game will have 3-4 different planets or maps and a main citadel.

Vehicles. I think they will try to finally add vehicles in a meaningful way. No more train heads.

Hard science, light fiction. While aliens are a given, I’m thinking aesthetically we are talking more NASA less Galaxy Far Far Away

Music by Inon Zur. Trailer sounds just like him and Soule’s rep is ruined.

Old Dialogue System, Voiced Protag. I think they are gonna try for the best of both here. Voiced protagonist, maybe even multiple voices, but the old dialogue system.

Better visuals and animation (they overhauled both systems so likely)
