Xbox Game Studios |OT6| But wait, there's MORE....studios

Not sure, haven’t beaten it myself. Been saving it to stream it a bit once more people have beaten it.

You can. You will unlock a way to revisit old levels as you progress the story and you can collect the remaining collectables.

I thought it was perfect when I got to the first “point of no return” notification, but then I got 2 more over the span of hours. Maybe I was just expecting it to wrap up, but they kept throwing new stuff into the mix which felt like it was dragging.

Xbox doesn’t do cover stories with them since Halo 5 and Gears 4, a long time ago now, Psychonauts 2 was the one/off buy I suppose it was a Double Fine thing, so were Obsidian and inXile cover in the last years. I think also Bethesda sometimes does it.

LMBOOOOO, avowed is actually slated for 2022, if not early 2023 and will be shown at the vga same with hb2, except hb2 is currently slated for 2023.

Also starfield’s 2022 date is hard to hit and I wouldn’t be shocked if moved a few months

Don’t think this will be an unpopular opinion about the game, once the excitement has settled & more people have finished at least one playthrough.

Some of the levels do go on a bit. I think people will feel it, especially when it’s a level they didn’t personally enjoy.

They kind of over-explain the story at the end as well, in my opinion. In the last level I did think, “Ok, I get it, let’s move on now”.

Still a very good game though :+1:

I wonder if that’ll happen, in the past with Fallout 4 it was a reveal at E3, then marketing started and the same year was the release. But with games before that it had more marketing, like I remember the magazine scans of Skyrim too. Still, didn’t Todd say during a interview that they would show and tell a lot more closer to launch?

Why hard to hit? The fact that they announced it this early should hopefully be a good sign, especially for BGS. Todd even said that during another interview when asked if they were gonna make that release date, he said they wouldn’t have announced it if they weren’t pretty sure.

Do you know the development status of BGS? If you don’t you’re guessing like anyone else.

COGEN: Sword of Rewind

One of the JP indie games caught my interest last year, it got delayed to 27 Jan 2022 but added Xbox version. Couldn’t believe my eyes :’ )

Hopes Xfans support the game so more JP support comes to Xbox.

Hmm. I’ve started feeling the initial hints of this. But I always, always start trying to rush through any game over 10hrs or so. Games just can’t hold my attention for much longer than that. I’m on 16hrs so far.

Personally depends on the level tbh. The Psy-King one is on the long side but the visuals and stuff you end up doing made it enjoyable but that Bob Zanotto one was a drag and not fun with the world traveling and platforming unto water areas.

I really like the Bob Zanotto level, the only level I found to be dragging is the last part of the Cassie level with the evidence collecting.

Yeah absolutely, it comes down to personal preference. That’s what I’m saying, there are some quite long levels in the game & if one doesn’t appeal to you then it could definitely feel like a drag.

I loved both the Bob Zanotto & Psi-King levels but I could see why someone else wouldn’t.

I loved all the levels, Psi-Kings annoyed me only becauce it’s so hard to find those last figments you miss the first time through. I still have two I can’t find.

In case you missed the same ones that I had trouble with, check behind the Van in The Woods area, recheck the starting area as some are really hard to see there, and check the hand and ear area near the climbing section by the water.

Look I just wanna sing the Grulovian songs from that near last level.

GRULOVIAAAAAAAA … GRULOVIAAAAAA

Yeah I got both those. The one by the van I missed on the first go through. I’m missing a cake on a plate and Bob sitting with a flower pot.

There are some tear drop figments that move and fall down when you’re climbing vines. If you only do a quick glance they may not even be there, but if you wait around then you’ll see them. Though if you have all but 2, I think you’ve gotten at least some of them. Does a figments map check show all X of X for them?

Yeah, it tracks what kind you have and how many left. I tried dodging the drops at first haha
