I’m curious - Which part would you love to work for in the gaming industry? Part of the animator/writer/director collective or the perf engineer/graphics wiz/gameplay dev/AI logic, etc. collective?

Anyone has some insight/gut feeling about As Dusk Falls? The game is not a tentpole release like Fable or Avowed, so if we don’t see it at all this year I’d be a little concerned. I hope we’ll see it at ONL or TGA, they are the only possible shots left, considering Xbox gamescom show is for 2021 stuff, TGS is not for this game at all and there won’t be an X021.
It’s not a 2021 title as it probably got delayed due to COVID since alot of the behind the scenes footage featured capturing actors performances via camera for it’s “comic book style” visual style.
As Dusk Falls is probably one of my wanted games from XGSP as it’s made up of Quantic Dream vets without David Cage nonsense attached.
We might get something soon either at TGA, maybe Gamescom, but I think it’s hit some development snags due to WFH and “Performance Capture” even though that may not be the entirely right word.
