Playing through Sekiro and Iâm noticing that the warning the game gives us of powerful attacks. Actually makes it harder to dodge or counter them for me, specially in the Genichiro fight on the top floor of castle Ashina.
I was kind of hoping turning off the UI would remove it, but unfortunately no luck. Well here I go trying to get through my second 2 phase boss.
Thatâs such a weird thing to put out just as the game had been just announced. It wasnât like they just showed some pristine footage like they did with concord where you absolutely knew it was CG. Gears stuff looked pretty realistic of whatâs achievable in UE5, and that was confirmed later by multiple people.
Geoffâs post was something youâd see from a console warrior trying to discredit the work that was put it by the devs, like donât take the footage too seriously its CG made by blur. And this is a guy that supposedly celebrates gaming and game devs every year with his awards show.
Not sure if yaâll watched Future Games Show but some trailers are absolutely worth watching. Such as this Soulslike that looks very nice visually especially.
Genichiro was kicking my ass, but as I threw myself at him again and again. I managed to learn his timing and after upgrading the miriki counter to and moving ahead to get another bead for some health, I beat him without resurrecting.
I know things are just going to get harder from here, but Iâm glad to note that another of my stops werenât permant.
