In a hypercompetitive GAAS environment with no room for unforced errors, they could have used this opportunity to actually tell people what kind of game they’re making… Decided to go with a corny joke instead. I know nothing about this game and I’m already annoyed by it. Bravo.
Our first game is a team-based action game that draws inspiration from fighting games, platformers, MOBAs, life sims, and frog-type games. Players will inhabit a lighthearted, comedic world set in brand-new, mythic, science-fantasy universe.
Even the worst AI writes better sentences. What does this even mean?!
It either means their social media guy sucks at their job, or possibly that I’m just too old and maybe zoomers think that’s funny and cute and it makes them really interested in playing the game. LOL, he said the game’s genre is “frog”, SO RANDOM XD !
Did anyone here play Watch_Dogs 2? After watching the GTA VI trailer again today and seeing the vastly different unique behaviours by NPCs it got me thinking of WD2.
I did not like the story or characters, nor the driving mechanics, but if that game did one thing extremely well it’s the huge amount of different behaviours by NPCs. It’s not talked about enough, I feel, and I was constantly impressed while just walking around SF.
Never with any other Ubi game did I see that again.
Not sure if Halo is working now, but mine went smoothly. I like the funny touch on the kill report like “This guy ninja’d the juggernaut - hate to see it.”
