True. Lucky for us, Atomic Heart is day one on Game Pass.

Game Pass in 2023 for me as of now excluding Microsoft’s first party games -

  • Atomic Heart
  • Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn
  • Monster Hunter Rise
  • Stalker 2
  • Warhammer 40,000: Darktide

Yeah for sure  but I just dislike the disparity, it’s also $60 on PC. So what are PS5/XS owners paying more for? Ugh

I agree but that’s the way it’s going. It is what it is.

Someone retweeted a random article on my TL earlier today and it kind of blew my mind. These are the already announced games that will be launching on Game Pass in 2023:

  • The Last Case of Benedict Fox (spring 2023 release window)
  • Forza Motorsport (spring 2023 release window)
  • Redfall (early 2023 release window)
  • Starfield (early 2023 release window)
  • Wo Long Fallen Dynasty (early 2023 release window)
  • Flintlock: Siege of Dawn (early 2023 release window)
  • Diablo 4 (2023 release window)
  • Minecraft Legends (2023 release window)
  • Ara: History Untold (2023 release window)
  • S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 (2023 release window)
  • Ark 2 (2023 release window)
  • Persona 3 Portable (2023 release window)
  • Persona 4 Golden (2023 release window)
  • Replaced (2023 release window)
  • Ereban: Shadow Legacy (2023 release window)
  • Ravenlok (2023 release window)
  • Cocoon (2023 release window)
  • Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes (2023 release window)
  • League of Legends (2023, all champions)
  • League of Legends: Wild Rift (2023, all champions)
  • Valorant (2023, all agents)
  • Teamfight Tactics (2023, select Little Legends unlocked)
  • Legends of Runeterra (2023, foundation sets unlocked)

And then today we hear that the new Monster Hunter and the new Amnesia game are also launching in Game Pass early next year.

I genuinely struggle to wrap my head around the value proposition that Game Pass offers and can only imagine what it must be like to be a kid now who is into games and just having this huge selection every month of cool and exciting new stuff to play. When i was younger (a long time ago) I’d be lucky to get 4 new games a year, lol

Nice!

I’m looking forward to reading your impressions. I’m very curious if it does not have the issues Elite V2 does have. Although so far so good with my current Elite V2 Core, the white one, because I gave up on picking the regular V2s after so many returns.

Yeah I’ve always had issues with the face buttons on several Series 2’s. But I always use the paddles for them so just ignore the issue. Unfortunately the white one is still seeing issues reported too. The joysticks and grips are the best I’ve ever known on the Reflex Pro for PS5. So that’s all I’m wanting to achieve primarily for Xbox. But its also lighter and I’m hoping I prefer the 4 paddle switches on the back too.

I’ll let you know if shes a keeper at the w/e.

Honestly I’m happy to see any movement at all when it comes to BC classic games. This is the first new BC game in what, three months?

As I stated before - it is Xbox Live vs PSN all over again :joy:

Yeah, for me it has been the X and A buttons that would just get stuck randomly. At first I thought these were sticky buttons for whatever reason, but when a brand new one started to do this I knew it couldn’t be that. I now think the buttons somehow got stuck inside the sockets.

Some people say dirt and other crap can easily get into the sockets, but I’m not sure it’s that. Then I’ve also had issues where the left stick had a weird clicking sound when I pushed it left or right, or the rubber grips letting loose. Or the RB button barely registering unless I mashed it. And all this while the standard Xbox One pad was fine, I can’t speak on the XSX pad since I rarely ever use it, Elite V2 and that feel does that, haha.

If the Scuf turns out to not have this nonsense, I will go for that one if/as soon as my current V2 gets issues again.

This service is legitimately terrible, it’s sad how little Sony cares about their past

I guess they didn’t listen to MS at all :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

PlayStation Plus Extra is the sweet spot. Basic is if you’re only interested in online multi-player while Premium is a waste of money. If both Spider Man games are on Extra, I may subscribe to it next summer in preparation for Spider Man 2. Other than that, there’s literally no incentive for me to join the service.
