There’s a second batch of DLC for Dead Space Xbox 360 as perks for Game Pass suscribers. They basically gave away all the DLC for the game : one pack in december and a second one now. So go get it if you’re replaying the game before Dead Space Remake.

I hope that there will be a dedicated thread for venting about Starfield not having a 60fps mode(if that happens) instead of that conversation dominating the OT instead of talk about the actual game.
I think the people here are pretty good about that stuff. Especially if you take a quick gander at the Xbox OT of the other place.

Took a quick read there and some of the absolute braindead takes are baffling “b-b-but Forbidden West and Ragnarock were 60fps and they are prettier than Starfield”

For people that are supposed to be game enthusiasts, they are unbelievably ignorant in the sacrifices needed to make certain games
I expect the forum will be either quiet for a while or full of praise posts and about the stuff people have discovered. 
If it ends up being 30fps, then I hope it will be mostly consistent at that.

It’s fine to want 60fps, so do I but at least have the common sense to understand the differences between certain games or why getting it to 60 will likely be a hell of a lot harder than other games
We also had a clown in December (I believe) claiming that Redfall was mid (lmao), Starfield in trouble and holiday 2023. Gonna be great to be playing both games relatively soon and they are great.

Whether the showcase is coming or not, I think there will be never a showcase that will satisfy everything.
From my observation, I think one of Xbox’s problems is that Xbox community is kinda fragmented. We have a small hardcore community that plays everything but due to huge amount of online games on Xbox we have a lot of folks that are not really hardcore, but still the part of the community. Like we can have people on Xbox playing only Sea of Thieves and not bother with anything else. We can have only Halo people who do not bother with anything else. We have an independent State of Decay community, we can have people that play nothing but Forza with friends. With Starfield it will also add a subset of BGS community to the platform. Blizzard will probably bring a whole chunk of them. Xbox has a lot of games that tend to form its own communities.
It is very different to Playstation where most of the folks literally like the same content due to Sony’s supply of the “samey” games. Like we can technically say that a lot of big JRPGs (that are not on Switch) are essentially the same third person games…So the person playing TLOU or Ghost of Tsushima might as well try FF7R despite not being into JRPGs simply because FF7R is a cinematic third person game. GoW, TLOU, Horizon are all follow the same pattern essentially (with or without open world). Sony simply lacks exclusive games that can have their own small (or not small) community or have the infinite game loop.
