I hope this is the right place to put this post but anyway I need help!
I’m trying to update my Account Details and change my Display Name on the website but it’s not working, regardless of what I put, when I click Save nothing changes.
It also doesn’t update my preferred currency so Im currently suck in USD
You Display Name is used both here and on DayOne - so you can change it here and it will reflect accordingly.
We put everything in USD, so I don’t think you can change it
I’m having a similar issue, I recently signed up for the free tier for now and I too can’t change any details on the account details page or set a password.
I wasn’t asked to create a password when I signed up. I’ve tried the reset your password option on the log in page on a private browser but haven’t received any emails yet.
Hi @Hako - we’ve noticed that folks that use ‘secure’ email facilities don’t get our emails, but I can send you a link directly to facilitate whatever change youd like to make.
