What I’ve noticed from all the footage is how much it’s like Dead Space, and hey if it works, it works. But then the character starts shooting the baddies and there’s no dismemberment and it really stands out. If you’re going to be this inspired by Dead Space, do that as well. But that’s just me.

In their defense, Dead Space crew is heavily funded by a big corporation. Bloober isn’t.

True! It’s probably complicated and pricey to have such cool dismemberment tech.
As for consoles, Matty says it’s great but runs poorly while showing a PS5 cover art. So it seems the con in this review is warranted, unfortunately.
2 hours into the game so far… the creepy setting and vib is wonderfully handled I’ve jumped more than once playing this & audio helps adds a lot to this game just like in Dead Space
Only 50 pounds on the Xbox store too which is remarkable excellent value for a brand-new game.
