It really is at this point. Xbox marketing should do a better job of positioning that as the baseline GP instead of people flocking to GPU and screaming at the sticker price. $15 a month for a solid library across console, cloud, and PC with first party games a year after launch and it’s looking like eventually all third party day ones in some time frame. It’s not bad. You lose day one games, but there’s clearly too many day one games to keep the price down. I think Microsoft did a good job with premium. The problem is that ultimate had already become the “default” in people’s minds.

Wuthering waves being Xbox Play Anywhere too is a great get for those audiences. Too bad they couldn’t do the same for the Hoyo games.
I mentioned it on stream, but Rainbow Six had this sort of feature too, I think Vegas.

Quick sign casting in Witcher 3…
Now that’s a QoL addition that is a true game changer. Fuck I love this game.

What’s different than the normal casting? We can have shortcuts for multiple instead of just having one ready at a time?
I had no idea at first what it was either because the game didn’t explain it to me.
Standard casting is that you have to navigate the wheel with LB and then with stick select a sign. With quick casting you hold down RT and then press X for Axii, A for Aard, B for Quen, Y for Yrden and LT for Igni(and hold it if you want to use fire stream skill)
I’m loving this. You fully stay in the action and don’t have to interrupt it anymore. You can’t rebind the buttons though, but honestly it’s ideal now. Y reminds me of Yrden, X ans A as well, only B for Quen and LT for Igni are two I have to remember.

Definitely Shortcuts, I think JRPGs tend to use them more often than WRPGs.

Another game that I want to play but may never be able to complete. The other game is Genshin Impact. And a third game should eventually come to Xbox later this year/early 2027 and that’s When Winds Meet. So many games, not enough time.

This has been one of the most requested features from Xbox Insiders and we’re excited to finally get it into your hands very soon.
They’re not lying. Hiding games from achievements (even being able to delete them entirely) has been consistently a top request in every weekly insider requests on the subreddit for what feels like eons. Not quite the full achievement overhaul people wanted from rumors, but it has some really nice small updates.
It’s a joke. There’s an achievement where you have to shift your camera angle to…see something underneath. With the new update, you can hide achievements. Therefore, to save face, folks will hide it.
This is the one that there’s a cube that has to be shot at to take it down? Or the one that takes place on a cube?
