Pretty sure the approval is today. They just don’t really have to publicly announce it.
Yeah I highly doubt it’s pushed back, I actually think this is probably the best time for a company like MS to do these sorts of buys because of the pandemic. Companies are losing staff and closing down because they can’t keep their doors open so if a bigger company comes in and buys them it can keep them afloat (obviously Zenimax would’ve been fine most likely but smaller companies).
Agreed, i think deals are much more likely to be approved as they don’t want companies failing
Fingers crossed for something official today
Oh shit! Timur has failed to highlight the much more important part. Zenimax is in the realized section, the realized section is companies they have sold their stake in. They’ve completed the sale
Realized means sold! They no longer own any of Autotrader which is in that section

Saw 100 posts and dropped in thinking something had happened, but it’s just you thirsty guys speculating
.
So while I’m here an update for accuracy. MS didn’t buy Nokia in 2013 they bought Nokia’s devices division. Anything Nokia related you see now is nothing to do with MS.
I think it is the reason Greenberg went somewhere, to maybe prepare that Xbox Wire article.
Probably the investors were waiting for the EU to approve.
They’ve most likely received approval from the EU in private
Yeah, otherwise it wouldn’t be logical for the investors to sell their shares if they didn’t get approval.
damn some folks be doing some big brain detective shit lmaoooo I love it
Yoooooo
Any second now
Basically, once Microsoft announces an official press release, then it’s 100% completed. Until then, they’re basically just crossing the T’s and dotting the I’s.
I just want you all to know…
If was a privilege following this thread with all of you…
