Oh shoot it’s on sale for pre-ordering. I was planning to wait until part 3 is announced for the inevitable complete bundle… and I’d wait even longer for that to go on sale, but this tempts me for sure.
That’s why data on card is important, to reduce downloads. At least, Indiana Jones has the whole game on the card which is great. I’m probably getting it at some point.
We have a paradox here! Xbox owners buying games??? I can’t believe this is happening for real! /s
Congrats! have fun with the game (when it launches in a few months)!
Also I have to give it to Square for doing a good job with the Xbox and Switch 2 editions so far both port wise AND price wise. They seem to be truly all in on the multiplatform strategy this time around which is good news mainly for them and their games.
I see it’s coming in at 59.7 GB. The DLC for Order of Giants is listed at 4.4 GB. Just a hair beyond 64 GB, a possible natural size limit of a cart specification. I thought they might have gone with an Indiana “Complete Edition” version, but not if it’s over base price ($70 + $20 + larger cart costs); perhaps if the game was much older and pricing dropped significantly.
Not even sure when I will play either as I prioritize new games I want to play (like I jumped into Mio right away and it may happen again) and I still need to play Yarkuza, Jugdement 2 and the LaDs.
A genuine guy who wants FF to be on all platforms. He’s against and afraid that 3rd part will be exclusive, even for a short while. I know he’s happy.
Well Natethehate has a pretty good track record, even said Rebirth on the Nintendo Direct. Now we wait and see if Square goes all in on a full launch or falls back on the Sony money.
