Messaging for this game seems way different than fh5. My memory of fh5 is of Lamborghinis going off ramps, jumping over deserts, landing in a tropical rain forest while drifting through mud and streams. Or barreling down a snowy mountain with planes flying over going off huge jumps. All of that with a little cultural stuff mixed in.
Fh6 is the opposite. Way more cultural previews. With more focus on the realistic vs the over the top fun.
I think dh6 games will play how we expect. Just find it interesting how they framed both games pre release.
I know 6 will be outstanding but the way they are presenting it right now isn’t doing it any favors compared to prior entries.
I think that it’s because the game is set around Tokyo and its tuning and street racing scene, but many content creators that know the franchise showed the mountain part of the game that is massive. It’s bigger than FH5 and there’s a lot of offroad stuff too when you explore the map.
