I agree. Contrary to the MvC announcer, let’s NOT go crazy. Maybe Ryu, Stryder, and Captain Commando show up as DLC? Maybe just bluster. Who knows?
Maybe the characters not yet shown are characters that have been in MvC? Or a mix of new and old like Danger and Wolverine.

I can see them adding a second Wolverine, but it would like be Laura Kinney who took up the mantle and outfit at one point.
Boneverine would more likely be a costume.
