It’ll be amazing when Forge is in the hands of hundreds of thousands of Forgers because they’ll come up with cool stuff like this, iterate on it, and in the span of a couple weeks have a complete Mario Kart 64 clone out there with all of the MK64 tracks. 
It took Fortnite Creative Mode a good year before it got customizable GUI elements. I imagine 343 is looking at stuff like this and bumping that feature up the priority list.
I’ve yet to watch through the programmable node video, but I’m curious if skins can be forced onto players. I’d like to see a Red vs Blue mode with no outlines.
Almost the end of August and not a peep about co-op. I’m afraid they’ll miss their target, seems likely at this point.

Yeah… I think it will be November for both Co-op and Forge.
I wouldn’t be surprised and there is so much coming out that I’m ok with it. They need to fix up the desync pvp stuff and I imagine launching more into that is probably really tough. It’s a horrible year for dev across the industry, take your time, do things healthily and it’ll be fine.
Agreed - launch these two modes in a stable state and with QoL improvements.
Why do I feel that this is an answer to Act Man’s horrible take on how 343 is lying about the reality of game development, and that they are just "deflecting criticism " ?
For a dude who’s living is literally “researching” games, he sure does have a warped sense of game development.
A dude whose “criticism” is either "WHY GAME IS AWESOME " or “WHY GAME IS BAD” will probably be blind to any subtlety and complexity.
Like I get Halo content creators are frustrated because they wanted to make a livelihood around Halo but shit man, that’s like banking on a depreciating asset to turn it around.
Instead of diversifying their content, they take out their anger on Halo/343 itself for not being mainstream/relevant. It all contributes to a really toxic relationship with the thing you’re supposed to love.
Seeing a lot of forgers in infinite making Minecraft clones. They look REALLY look good!
I think forge one infinite has the potential to pull audience away from games like Minecraft, and Roblox. I think 343 would be wise to have custom game browser up this year. Also think they should look closely at Roblox and how their online works. 343 should really steal from them a bit on the community side of things, that game is immensely popular.
