Kiln has just landed onto Xbox, PS5, PC and Xbox Game Pass and this is the new pottery brawler from Double Fine. Is it any good? Well lets check out my review of Kiln on Xbox!

One of the first review of the game. It’s really fun and, as some have said, it’s hard to describe how fun it is without having your hands on the controller. Pottery making is super fun and intuitive, makes you want to test different forms, which define your basic stats and your special attack.

Jez describes it as some kind of MOBA, which it is in some ways, but it’s way more accessible and fun. But then it gets more strategic once you get all of the different combinations and see your enemies usign different tactics and tricks to move around the map.

Also the progression system keeps you coming back as you can make more refined and complex potteries the further you progress.

I really hope they have plans to add more game modes, because it is the perfect base to evolve it in some kind of party game.

I need this game to blow up to insane proportions. Sad it couldn’t launch on the Switch too.

I would buy it on Switch. It’s just the perfect MP on the go.

Just started playing it for the first time. Oh my god it has so much personality. Really hope the game does it get its flowers. Also, I might have a crush on Celadon

Played a couple matches, the game is really fun with a lot of personality just in the tutorial section alone, I can why Xbox green lit it. That said, even though I’m not a huge fan of paying streamers to stream your game, this is the type of game that could have benefited from a little viral marketing like that, just to get some eye balls on the game.
