Dring seems to be a very transparent PS fan to me… like this dude made a comparison between Wolverine and Death Stranding 2 sales the same week it was announced that Xbox would be publishing Physint instead of PlayStation and then he pushes the 400 million dollar budget rumor about Physint… Kind of feels like there’s an agenda there but maybe it’s just coincidence.
This feels like a bad breakup that people should just move on. As one movie would say,
“She dumped you a long time ago. Get over it.”

He was much better when he stuck to sales figures. As a pundit/commentator, he gets so excited about negative Xbox stories that he gets out over his skis and starts making claims he can’t support.

So after people with actual credibility like Jason Schreier pushed back on his reporting, Chris Dring magically found some better sources and now says that Physint’s budget is only $200 million.
