Take a look at the Cosmic Dread Trailer for Marathon, a first-person sci-fi action extraction developed by Bungie. Players will get a slice of the full Launch Cinematic Trailer as Runners fight on Tau Ceti 4 for resources, weapons, gear, and the opportunity to escape at all costs.
Marathon is available now for PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X|S, and PC (Steam).
I’ve been loving my time with Marathon so far. It’s so visually distinct, and chock full of interesting lore and worldbuilding, coupled with the usual fantastic gunplay and polish that you would expect from a Bungie game. A fantastic addition to the extraction shooter genre.
The game seems to have found its audience which is great!
Seriously Bungie was probably sweating with how this one would perform. Marathon & Destiny should give them a better spread and breathing room.
