Anyway, these reviewers don’t have filter anymore, huh.
I think the best recieved QTE’s have been in Expedition 33, since they’re are part of the games turn based combat.
Back in 2021 when this was revealed the hype level was crazy, this is the ps5 game that should have been remembered like uncharted 4, tlou, god of war and Spiderman yet it’s being made fun of everywhere. This will be remembered for the wrong reasons, it’s not looking good sony future right now
It was supposed to be even bigger than Spider-Man somehow.

Damn Bruh they really thought they had an easy win with wolverine and somehow made the biggest disappointment since cyberpunk 2077. I still don’t think this will make them change anything tho gta 6 will cover all the losses.
Had seen the video clip of gamer not touching the controller while in the Wolverine Bike Chase segment. It was a sad laugh.
These sections in games used to be difficulty spikes that made you throw your controller and bash your TV with it.
You’re all in here, but not a one of you commented in the review thread. For shame!
I just made a short comment in the Wolverine review thread. ![]()
I’m not a fan of when people go on reviews or what some say on YouTube myself. I’ve seen it happen to the likes of Crackdown 3, when the game was really good
I’m having the game for Christmas off the boy, so its hard for me to comment on if Wolverine is any good
My personal opinion is that this video is overstating its case. I have full confidence in Naughty Dog, Sucker Punch is still making great games, etc. I don’t personally feel that the Sony first party “formula” is going the way of the dinosaur… yet. If Laufey and Intergalactic land with a thud then it’ll be time to panic.
However. I do find it interesting that an opinion like this can be expressed in a mainstream media outlet like IGN. Having this kind of opinion about Sony’s first party games was once something that wasn’t acceptable in polite company. ![]()
True. There’s general cirtisims towards how Playstation Studios have been handled this generation, but don’t let it be complete dismissal of everything, there’s been and there will be great stuff from them. People need to learn to be in the middle and judge every game on its own, not judge the company that published it, been saying this since so many Xbox games have been hurt by the way Microsoft is judged more than the games themselves.
