Good to see, really did not dig the Microsoft gaming at all.
Asha is doing nice work, it’s interesting to see and I like it.

Microsoft Gaming is basically IRS Burger joke.
This is probably the right thread for this.
I agree, Asha is doing so much good for Xbox & repairing the damage Bond did to the brand.
What a woman
If by “Bond” you actually mean Satya/Amy Hood, then it makes sense. Unless you feel being instrumental in getting more Japanese support did damage to the brand. Asha is just starting, a great start no doubt but I think I’ll wait a while before fully judging her performance as head of Xbox, as she’s still for the most part carrying out initiatives set in place by the former leadership.
Sarah did fantastic in her role and her role was never leading the entire gaming business and brand. This is something Sarah wouldn’t have been able to do. She was never CEO of Microsoft Gaming nor in a position to rename it and send a memo telling everyone what’s what. But also credit where due, much of Sharma’s stated goals for Xbox were things Sarah helped build up. Third party partnerships, cloud gaming, PC gaming, mobile, etc. Sarah was instrumental in bringing more developer and publisher support to Xbox, and she helped pioneer building out the wider ecosystem with new platforms like Cloud Gaming. The overall leadership still would’ve gone to Phil, and as we know Phil himself existed under a different Microsoft that was far less concerned about consumer opinion.
