Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar rated for PS5, Xbox Series in Taiwan

The Knottian Curse strikes again. Just bought this on Steam for my Ally X at the end of the year (knowing after Rune Factory’s recent iteration being announced for Xbox and PS5, that it was likely following suit).

I’ll happily buy it again for Xbox though - Story of Seasons has been one of my favorite series since the original on SNES (originally known as Harvest Moon in the US until Marvelous’ relationship with Natsume soured). Rune Factory, minus an iteration here and there, has been equally solid, so it’s wonderful that Xbox and PS players will now be able to hopefully enjoy the whole series going forward.

This will be great addition to the Xbox ecosystem, it is a highly enjoyable game for those who enjoy cosy games/farming sims with romance and life sim elements. It seems to have a higher budget/production value than previous Story of Seasons games too with polished visuals and many English voice acted scenes.

If it’s getting that extra polish, I hope the it does well on Xbox. I know we have all sorts of people that enjoy every type of game, but sometimes a game can get lost in between launches.
