To be fair it’s been two years since Deathloop, which would include development resources being used for post launch support, the Xbox port and the new content. It doesn’t seem that unusual that a new IP would still be pretty normal. I mean, look at the development cycle for Machinegames and Indiana Jones.
Personally I still have no idea what any Kojima game is about

I love Baldur’s Gate 3, but it winning best multiplayer is ridiculous. The co-op mode is a total downgrade from Divinity Original Sin 2 in pretty much every aspect.
