The best Game Awards show yet for me, really nice diversity of games shown. Standouts for me were Kojima, Hellblade 2 (I always trusted Ninja Theory), Square‘s Xbox commitment showing some first fruits with Mana and some of the more interesting smaller games like Dontnod‘s new project and the SEGA remakes. Wish they had given a more prominent launch date trailer for Baldur‘s Gate III though. I don‘t know Blade honestly, but I love Arkane Lyon, I hope their gameplay DNA will still be present in this game. Great night for Xbox and also happy that Hi-Fi Rush won two awards even if it got robbed of a GOTY nomination spot.
Playstation tax…
Best TGA’s in recent memory for my self.
Good stuff.
This was the most surprising thing to me…sadly the now hate pc : c
Pretty ironic hahaha!
Spiderman won nothing?
Pump that Sega shit into my veins too.
Must be Ratchet PTSD.
Thought it was 4? Didn’t Forza win 2, Starfield 1 and Hi-Fi Rush 1?
Nope
I dont think it won anything sadly.
Great show… overall Xbox even putting a Xbox exclusive on PlayStation lol kinda weird
There was a time as an Xbox fan where you would watch these shows, nervous that every exciting game being shown might skip Xbox. How that feeling has changed and almost shifted in the other direction with the amount of exclusives for Xbox has been pretty wild.
This! I had this feeling just moments ago, checking Wario64’s account and most everything is on Xbox. It used to be a lots and lots of what what announced skips Xbox.
If things remain the same before Series, Atlus, Square, and Blade would have been exclusive, especially the last one. You can bet Sony will throw all the money to make it happen.
Just saw the trailer for Moon Studio’s game. I was really curious about this game but that trailer really disappointed me. I was really expecting something a little more original. Ori was such a great game, this new one looks kind of generic.
Maybe they didn’t announce platforms because the game won’t be out till after 2027 and Xbox might be out of the console business by then. ![]()
There are people saying this unironically on social media ![]()

Geoff is getting called out
I mean, come on… it’s a timer.
The way I see it is Geoff is afraid to be less relevant, so he stacked the reveals to a large degree. It practically became a showcase. I know people care more of that, but you either have the right balance or don’t do awards or do it separately.
