work has been crazy so I’ve been out of it for a while. Anything interesting that’s expected at this show?
Announcements of new Star Wars and Tomb Raider games, possibly Control 2, new trailers for Exodus and Lego Batman. Oh and the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag remake. That’s what’s interesting to me anyway. ![]()
Wonder if we’ll ever see a Halo game get a big reveal at one of these, this seems to be as big as E3 used to be or maybe bigger even, maybe Halo 7 gets revealed here at the end of 2026.
Capcom is pulling an Xbox. They have like 3 big releases from February to April.
OH FUCK YES. Knights of the Old Republic sequel directed by Casey Hudson. Awesome awesome awesome!
I hope we didn’t peak. This is a strong start.
This isn’t supposed to be a PlayStation exclusive right? anyway, looking forward to seeing more but this is very likely very very far away and this is a very early announcement…
Not even going to tell us whether Divinity is turn based or action? ![]()
I thought that was The Witcher for a moment.
Seriously, but since it’s Divinity I’m going to assume turn based.
Since it’s not Original Sin, I’m going to assume it’s not.
We’ll probably learn when they announce early access launch, so they can get unpaid testers on it ASAP.
I mean, chances are you’re right since Baldur’s Gate was such a huge hit, but technically speaking the last Divinity (not Divinity Original Sin) game was an action RPG.
I think they had more success with Original Sin, which is for me is a good reason to think they will continue doing turn base.
It’s probably Divinity 3. Divinity 2: Ego Draconis is I think the farthest along in the timeline. And if this is a direct sequel to Divinity 2 and not Original Sin 2, then it’s an action rpg
2027 for Exodus? Come on now. They’ve been teasing this game for what feels like years now. Still, a pretty good night so far for BioWare-adjacent games.
