So does anyone think that they’ll have anything else there other then ESO, Redfall, Forza Motorsport, and Minecraft Legends? I’m fine with just having that as a show but there could always be surprises.
I’m going in with the expectation that they are being very transparent and are showing what they say they’ll show. I’ll be pleasantly surprised if there is anything beyond that.

That’s my biggest hope. I would only assume that there would be five to ten minutes of it, but it’d be nice to see.

That’s gonna be the shortest thing, they have a 45 minute event for it straight after, expect a 2 minute trailer just announcing the DLC.

Which is why Starfield will be standalone.
That’d only be around 21 to 25 minutes long assuming they are all the same length. ESO would probably only get three minutes so I assume we either have 10+ minutes of each game or we have spare time in the direct.
I really hope so as out of those games I only really care about Redfall
But they’ve said the showcase is for those games so can’t say they’ve been misleading if that’s all they show
I fully expect Game Pass stuff with the lack of -new- (so not counting already announced stuff) drops lately and GP Twitter saying to watch it.
You also have to guess that ESO’s appearance will be brief because of the afterwards event, so there is blatantly a time slot for GP stuff, I’d say.
I don’t mean a 1:1 7:08 minute video for all of them 
I mean like the style of content we’ll get. We’re not only seeing those 4 games, they’re probably the biggest games but we will obviously see more stuff like AoE2 and game pass stuff because they already said that in the blog, AoE2 is launching a week after the event and we haven’t really seen it or able to even preorder it so that’ll drop.
I expect all the preorders to pop up in the store after the event too with release dates, that one person on Twitter will probably leak them before the event.

I knew what you meant about length. I just assumed that we would get around the same length for Minecraft Legends and Forza Motorsport. I can see Redfall getting more time, but not beyond 12 minutes.
AOE 2 is a really good prediction, I can see it being fully shown off there.
The article on Xbox.com does specifically say
The Developer_Direct will focus on big features, extended gameplay showcases, and the latest info for Xbox games launching in the next few months, including The Elder Scrolls Online, Forza Motorsport, Minecraft Legends, and Redfall
“Including” makes me think there’ll be other stuff too, but I wouldn’t expect anything too major.
True but they could just be referring to the fact that all the titles shown will be on game pass

They could announce new Game Pass games on those already announced or even released.
So TESO will be at the Direct and also its own stream later?
As for Game Pass, well I sure hope so because otherwise January really has been a weird, unusual month for the service. Two games we’ve known about since E3, and one since December. A re-addition, a very mediocre survival game. No way that’s it.
They did say in the GP article that they would be back soon, unless they mean February.
