Iāll never have time to play 75 titles but Iām aware thatās not the point - if between the Xbox first party, the indies and the big āgetsā they cover over half my gaming time next year - as they have for a few years recently - and therefore saved me money on buying many of the games, then itāll still be worth the money to me
and if out of those 25 more titles you find a handful you try and like then itās a net positive. Now if thatās enough to justify $10 more a month? who knows.
Yep for me if I like a few first party games, get to try a few indies and maybe get saved from buying one or two third party games I had my eye on each year, it feels worth it to me even if I couldnāt get discounted subs.
But yep everyone will have their own tipping point
Letās hope that is true, especially due to the large increase for Ultimate.
Do they count early access and late ports in these numbers?
āday oneā is seen as the day a game launches, the late ports arenāt āday oneā titles. early access games most likely count though, as itās the first day you can pay for them and play them.
Aight, thanks.
Increabile. Gamepass still hit the right buttons for me in 2025 even with the price hike
I get that he has to PR spin the price increase, but if Game Pass continues to have the stellar year it has going forward, it would make the price increase more palatable.
