Game hasnt been finished because Ubisoft was never serious about that project and gave it to Ubi Singapore who has never developed a game + they have no idea what they wanted to do with it.
I think they knew what they wanted for it. Be like Sea of Thieves. Their problem is Sea of Thieves has always been improving and changing.

Im dying to see what zenimax online is working on. I remember they have like two projects being developed. Does anyone know how many employees they already have?
The Coalition is also interesting. It backs up Grubb’s assertion that they have a non Gears project in the works because that number of positions is something you normally see when a project is shifting to full production.
can’t wait to see that demo on the 20th for sure, just a little taste
Sad but true. I still have hope though!!! lol
Zenimax online is such a weird name, they should rename now that they aren’t onwned by Zenimax anymore.
Me too. I do think it will be out first look at the game, although it will be very much a tech demo.
They should just call it Bethesda Online Studios.
Whatever else should be less weird, maybe even take the “online” part out of it, they shouldn’t be stuck to the MMO genre anymore.
I think this could be totally a presentation of the universe of their new IP.
You don’t think some may confuse that with Xbox Live or Xbox Network?
They could just rename it completely.
No, not at all.
Xbox Bethesda Online Game Studio Network Live 365 Powered by Azure 365.
The best solution, yeah. They should ditch anything that makes people think of ZeniMax or MMOs, they could still make MMOs if they want, but associating their whole studio with this genre seems quite limiting now.
I don’t think online in the name really forces them into MMORPGs. Any game where an online component is important should fit the banner.
Slow news day that we are discussing name changes?
It doesn’t force them into anything, still it does feels limiting to put that in your name, people will come to expect it from them, it wouldn’t hurt to change it.
Should I change the subject to the inevitable return of Crackdown or maybe talk a little about a game made by the legendary team of devs from Avalanche?
