Still, 200+ is about inline with high ranking engineer salaries.
Looks like the high end of a senior software engineer at Microsoft is 265k. I would have expected him to come in somewhere above due to the premium on that talent.
I think yall have some wild expectations on salary lol.

A $200k house in Ohio goes for $1.5 to $2 Million in Washington.
I live in the Maryland/DC/Virginia area and my 85K is just enough to get me by here. Somewhere else Im middle upper class lol.
