tbh most announced xbox games are just as far away tho lol. Also, I think there could be faster development with Ubisoft having a bazillion people at their gazillion studios. 2023 can be possible.

Just speculation, but I know Iāve seen many people saying why Xbox doesnāt do timed exclusives as well, like Sony, so maybe MS has decided to start doing the same.

I believe it might be Mass Effect. Would fit nicely with celebration because it was one of time exclusives for Xbox 360.

I mean, it was published by Microsoft, much bigger than just a timed exclusive. But thereās no mention of this being announced on nov 15, so I donāt think this has to do with the event.

Kinda more like going back to it, they did it for Rise of the Tomb Raider and a few other games I believe. Although nowhere near as many and often as Sony.
MS should start little by little spin time exclusive machine. I wonder if that money that did not go for acquisitions - failed or something - went to time exclusive and Game Pass deals.
Splinter Cell is very much associated with Xbox and has an exclusive game in Conviction, and the first trilogy was in a sense exclusive to Xbox because PS2/GC versions were cut down and inferior, and the best version of Double Agent is also exclusive to Xbox.
If Phil and Matt didnāt at least think of approaching Ubisoft and offering to fund a new game in the series, that way Ubisoft can make it without the finance risk, and Xbox gets an exclusive ācoreā audience IPā¦ Iād question their comprehension of aspects of the market tbh.

Yep, and itās actually quite good. The spies v mercs mode is also quite unique and loved by many.
