The Invincible
While the story kept me entertained (although I wish it had done just a bit more…to make it really interesting and gripping) the gameplay is where it falls down for me. It’s a walking simulator, but for the love of god just let me sprint longer. Because these environments can be quite damn big, like open worldish big really.
I genuinely dozed off way too often while playing this and that’s never a good sign. Really wanted to love this, but didn’t. I don’t regret the purchase though, but am glad I waited for a sale when I grabbed it.

Lol I bought it at full price as I love walking simulators so I got a bit screwed by how fast it dropped in price.
I really enjoyed it, but yeah I’ll admit the slow pace and lack of sprint did my head in at times despite loving the story and setting

Decent enough FPS overall. The story/cut scenes are pretty bad (cheap looking comic doodles with bad voiceovers.) But gameplay is fun enough for the most part.

Haha yeah, it’s in the thousands.
I plan to play this very soon though, once I’m finished with FFVII Rebirth. Progress is slow atm though, watching a lot of football and it’s summer with all the things that come with that. Gaming time is limited.

Outside of not having way points on screen, im loving Black Flag Resynced. It’s familiar yet different. Rebirth is an excellent game. How are you liking it thus far?

A rare game pass surprise drop. It’s pretty short, only three rounds vs the Dealer then again for double or nothing mode. Seems like it’s more tailored to the multiplayer experience.

As I posted on the other thread, I think it’s more just “let the idiots wallow in their pity and anger” (me included) and just avoid the thread that was meant, rather than avoid the forum entirely.
I’ll admit at times I’ve avoided here a little more during the horrible news days, and I probably get a bit too wound up by the returning / new faces who almost seem to be trolling at times, but it’s still a great place to chat to other gamers and threads like this one and the achievements / games being played ones are still remaining pretty chipper
