After the Halo Infinite campaign, nothing released recently on console was really drawing me in, so I will probably buy this when I get home, instead of waiting for Game Pass which is probably at least 6 months away.

Sounds completely reasonable for him to do so given the amount of crap he takes from trolls and others who then gloat about it on message boards and try to use it as some sort of ammo in this narrative that everyone is anti-Xbox or whatever your thing is. I recommend the performance mode even if your on Series X like me. Ray tracing just seems to dip in frames too often, totally messes with the experience. Performance mode hasn’t had any noticeable dips.

As someone who played before the 1.5 optimization patch. This is a significant improvement. If anyone still has doubts, give the free trail a run. You won’t be disappointed

Also word of advice. Don’t dismantle any of your aesthetically cool lower powered weapons. You can upgrade them later on through leveling up your crafting tree

I played the trial for like half an hour and what can I say except, wow, never has a triple A bored me as quickly as this one.

The only thing it has going for me is that it has pretty graphics.

Can’t seem to get the XSX version installed. When I go to store it shows 93GB as size but once installed its only the OG Xbox filesize of 63GB. No updates being pushed either. Anyone had issues like this with Smart Delivery before ?

Is the optimization logo on the game tile and has the picture change from male to female V? Since you are downloading and not updating it should just download the version you need shouldn’t it?

I have maximum brightness set to 800 because I know that’s proper for the C9 OLED. But what about paper White and tone mapping midpoint?

Yeah that’s the weird thing, it has changed and has the x/s logos on it but still the file size is 63gb. Maybe the file size is just incorrect. Cheers
