Of course, as u were.

I wonder if they will announce Castlevania going to Game Pass. If the whoopsie is a whoopsie.

Easiest pledge ever! Somewhat tight right now with renovations and school expenses, but can’t let Double Fine down!

Japanese business magazine is reporting Square could go private. It seems it’s been rumored before though so who knows.

WTF!

August, September and October combined are a bloodbath for me. August gave me Beast of Reincarnation (even though I may drop it completely), Mortal Shell 2, The Sinking City 2, Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy (already completed thankfully) and Star Wars: Zero Company. September gives me Crimson Moon, Onimusha: Way of the Sword, The Blood of Dawnwalker and Marvel’s Wolverine. October gives me Gears of War: E-Day, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 (even though this one, I will wait for it to go on Game Pass Ultimate) and Final Fantasy Resonance.

I also want to try out Dune: Awakening and Valor Mortis since both are on Game Pass Ultimate day one. Too many games and too little time.

And I already have two games in January and four games in February. It’s insane.

At least they waited closer to TGS.

Yeah most of this is going to slip into next year for me as far as getting to play them. Hell I still haven’t touched Crimson Desert, 007 and Pragmata yet.

I feel Sony is setting up the legal argument to delete everyone’s library later.

I lowkey hope Xbox pulls a 360 (console/gen) movement as PS pulls PS3 launch. A lesson needs to be made and I don’t mean reversing disc cease move.

Stuff like this makes me not want to buy anything. I want to support the people that created the thing I’m getting value and enjoyment out of, not some shadowy figures looking to take my money and make the world a worse place. Or somehow worse just nowhere. If the Studio is having troubles where is that money going to? Debtors? Banks? Lawyers handling this legal nonsense? All of the above are awful institutions :sob:.

I’d be surprised. Times have changed too much. PS isn’t uniquely aggressively cutting costs and raising prices. Xbox and Nintendo have already done the same. There’s also no indication Microsoft would think taking the necessary losses would be worth it (I mean they just did the opposite and everytime they had a shot this generation they shot themselves in the foot by refusing to hold fast and take the necessary financial losses). Ultimately Sony came back and won the PS3/Xbox 360 generation in the end. Unless we see a huge influx of new gamers the market will remain pretty fixed. The best Xbox can do is focus on itself and trying to do right by its remaining consumers. Both Xbox and Playstation should be focused on damage control to make sure they don’t price out too many of their users in the twilight of this generation and start of the next.

Honestly they don’t have to set anything up. It’s a pretty open and shut case. It’s in all the EULAs we agree to for every single game (the publishers themselves can literally push an update to replace a game we bought with whatever the heck they want or revoke access all together and they don’t need a reason) and the law is pretty clear on how “ownership” for software means the ability to massproduce and sell it. Companies have been making it even more clear that buying software of any kind means buying a digital license to access it (likely due to government interference and to protect their own asses). The only way this changes is with NEW legislation for consumer purchase protection. Even then that likely wouldn’t apply to purchases made prior to the new legislation.

Delayed to March. Guess the guy wants to show off against Fable.

This sucks so much on a lot of levels. The game is really great - but it could use some performance and bug fixes for sure. It deserves DLC and a sequel. This is a talented dev team that should stay together and go on to further projects. Now it looks like none of that is likely to happen because of the company’s internal financial problems. Even if the game is the big hit it deserves to be, it may already be too late.

Nice, a TMR sticks offering! The cozy colors are just not for me though.
