So not 100% time to party, just yet?
Not in the sense that Ms officially owns them, but it seems it just a matter of finalizing the deal now, as it’s all approved, they just have a 10 day deadline to solve all the paperwork.

Yes he did, the first plane journey he made in a year for work purposes, so it had to be something really important and we now find out Microsoft did this filing on the same day. That is some coincidence

Remember that the Pai Partners / Euro Ethnic Food case is still not cleared too (deadline is today too). So they will likely do press releases before the end of the day (in Europe) = soon.
