Almost a perfect announcement. The only issue I have is the 2 week lead time. The day before or a week ahead would have been better especially when youāve told us exactly what weāre going to be seeing. Maybe next time.

I do wonder if they show more than just the four first party games
Assuming it is 45 minutes and it goes straight into the ESO show, thatās like over 11 minutes for each game, seems unlikely

The Xbox Wire post saying itās āincludingā the 4 games, plus Game Pass twitter saying to watch it, suggests that there is more than just those 4 games.
And again Iām expecting only a few minutes for ESO as well because the event afterwards.

I wonder if the Starfield showcase will be in fact a BGS Developer_Direct.
In addition of Starfield they still have a lot to reveal:
- Fallout 76ās 2023 roadmap (usually late February) + the unannounced next-gen version
- Fallout 4 next-gen version
- the mobile game Todd is very excited about
- the rumored Skyrim marketplace similarly to the Minecraft marketplace (or maybe a new DLC but less likely)
- more teasing about the Amazon Fallout TV show

To be fair, all these new games are coming to Game Passā¦
Pretty sure weāll get some new GP additions though.

I doubt weāll have to wait for long after this show to hear about some of the Game Pass titles coming this year. I think their PR marketing machine is starting up in full force.

If internally they have agreed on a date for the Starfield show, then I hope they just let us know, donāt wait. Hell, announce it right at the end of the upcoming Direct.
But I can see them actually waiting two weeks in advance to announce it, just like they did now. Jez on the other hand could leak it earlier.
I agree about the card game, even if it was something people asked for in the past just not what people wanted it to be, but I love scrying.
